Payment terms are as follows:

Question:  
If I pay more than required and must cancel later, have I lost all of my money?   
Answer:  
If you pay ahead and then must cancel, only that portion that has passed a due date would be non refundable.

Question:
What kind of security is required if I rent items such as vases, urns, tulle etc. from Surrey House Floral Designs?  
Answer:  A deposit equal to the replacement value of the rentals (which will be returned when all rentals are returned in the same condition as they left the shop ) will be required or a valid credit card number must remain on file until all rental equipment is returned as stated above.

Question:
I can find flowers cheaper somewhere else, will you arrange them for me?  
Answer:
We have a reputation of quality work and quality flowers because we work with our suppliers to provide you with the best flowers today's market can provide. As a result we must decline requests to arrange flowers purchased by the customer from other sources.

Question:
I like specific flowers.  Will I be guaranteed to get exactly what I picked out?
Answer:
We go the extra mile to provide you with exactly what you want BUT flower selection will depend on availability. Due to the unpredictability of weather and growing issues, substitutions may be made to flower selection to give similar look and feel to the original design.

Question:
If I book my flowers, is the price set?  
Answer:
The cost of flowers fluctuate from one week to the next.  Transportation costs are a large factor as well as growing issues.  Flower prices are only an estimate until 3 weeks before the wedding. Savings as well as increases will be passed along to the client.

Question:
How much of the set up will Surrey House Floral Designs be responsible for?  
Answer:  
We will set up and take down. Due to time constraints labor costs will vary according to the complexity of your design and the time allotted for set up. We will return at the appropriate time to take down/ remove those items we are responsible for.   It is possible to contract our services to remain on site.

Question:
I am renting urns and table vases.  If I want to take the flowers, how can I transport them?
Answer:
If you are renting centerpiece vases, please let us know if you desire a temporary container to transport the flowers. Upon request, we will provide one container large enough to hold the flowers.  If you are renting urns, the arrangement will be made in a temporary but durable container. This container will fit inside another decorative container or bowl that you have at home.
